Are you looking for an exciting way to spend your summer? The Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps is getting ready for our 2025 tour, and we need dedicated people to join us. Whether you want to travel, gain hands-on experience, or be part of a legendary performing arts organization, we have a role that might be perfect for you.

We’re hiring for a variety of positions, many of which are open to ages 18+. Some roles require specific qualifications, but others are great for those just starting out. We also understand that summer schedules can be tricky, so even if you can’t commit to the full tour, we’d still love to work with you!

Traveling Athletic Trainer

Are you passionate about sports medicine? As our Traveling Athletic Trainer, you’ll help keep our performers in top shape by preventing injuries, providing treatment, and making sure they’re ready to give their best on the field.

*Candidates must be ages 22+

Food Services Supervisor

Love cooking and leading a team? Our Food Services Supervisor ensures that more than 200 performers and staff get delicious and nutritious meals every day. You’ll manage the kitchen, plan menus, and oversee food safety.

*Candidates must be ages 22+

Food Services Assistant

Want to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen? No experience is needed for this role! We’ll train you to help prepare and serve meals while being part of a hardworking team.

*Candidates can be ages 18+

Administrative Assistant

If you’re highly organized and enjoy logistics, this role is for you. The Administrative Assistant helps coordinate schedules, manage details, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

*Candidates must be ages 22+

Merchandise Sales Associate

Travel the country and connect with fans by selling Troopers merchandise at events. If you enjoy meeting people and sharing your enthusiasm for the corps, this is a great opportunity.

*Candidates can be ages 18+

CDL Truck Drivers

We’re looking for CDL-licensed drivers to transport equipment and keep the tour moving. If you have experience behind the wheel and want to be part of the action, this is your chance.

*Candidates must be ages 25+

Non-CDL Drivers

Not a CDL driver? No problem! We also need drivers for support vehicles like passenger vans and box trucks. If you like being on the road and want to help make the tour happen, we’d love to have you.

*Candidates must be ages 25+

Props Manager

The Props Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all props used in performances, ensuring they are in working order, transported safely, and set up efficiently during rehearsals and competitions. This individual will work closely with design staff, instructional staff, and volunteers to execute smooth and effective prop deployment. If you have experience in stage design, set construction, or related fields, this role is a great fit. However, we also welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy problem-solving, logistics, and hands-on work, this is a key role in bringing the Troopers’ performances to life.

*Candidates must be ages 22+

Why Join the Troopers?

This isn’t just another summer job—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger. Since 1958, the Troopers have been a force in the drum corps world, and we need dedicated people to help carry that tradition forward. You’ll get to travel, experience unforgettable performances, and work with an incredible team. Plus, we’re flexible! If you can’t join us for the whole season, we still want you to be involved.

“This summer is going to be one for the books, and we want YOU to be part of it. Whether you’ve been around drum corps for years or are looking for a brand-new adventure, there’s a place for you on our team. Even if you can’t commit to the whole tour, we still want you involved. Don’t miss out on being part of something truly special!” -Michael Gough, Troopers Executive Director
