Eligibility for the Mick & Susie McMurry Memorial Scholarship is exclusive to currently contracted members of the Troopers "A" Corps. The Troopers administration, in partnership with Lauren Ryals from the Troopers Board of Directors, will jointly assess qualifications and determine the level of assistance for eligible applicants.

To be considered for the scholarship, all members must submit their initial contract deposit of $500. Successful recipients are required to express gratitude by writing and submitting a "thank you" letter to the scholarship committee before funds are applied to their tuition accounts.

In the event an individual forfeits their membership after the scholarship money has been applied, the funds will be returned to the scholarship fund for future allocations to other deserving individuals.
