About the Event

If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration and bus fee must be completed and paid by Thursday, January 5th at 11:59pm ET. Read below for details.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Those flying into Indianapolis, Indiana, will be transported by bus to the camp location in Greenfield, Indiana on Friday, January 20th. Your flight should arrive in Indy no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays.
Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to the center of the Civic Plaza inside the airport (It’s where all the food venues are) to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA).
